Castings scenario was in its nascent stage in India in that period and it was a bold decision to venture into an engineering field while there were huge opportunities in other consumer goods sector.

However Mr. B. P. Kejriwal, a young man full of the new spirit of freedom wanted to soar high in a challenging field , and thus began Kejriwal’ s chase towards excellence. Being second best was never an option and within few years the name of Kejriwal was synonymous with quality and perfection in the casting world in India. After capturing the domestic market, it set its sight towards world market and made its presence felt in Middle East, Europe, USA & other developed markets.

As in any journey, the company went through several metamorphosis , over the past half a century , every time emerging still stronger and in its current form as “Kejriwal CASTINGS LIMITED” stepped into Ductile iron production in 2002: once again an area in its nascent stage in the country. Old habit of looking for fresh challenges, being inherited by Mr. B. P. Kejriwal’s three sons: Sanjay Kejriwal, Sandip Kejriwal & Rajeev Kejriwal.
