Machining Facility

The plant is equipped with full machining & drilling facility with lathes, radial drills, shaping and planing, boring machines.
The plant is fully equipped with shot blasting machine, hydraulic pressure testing machine, cement lining machine, paint booth, etc.

Machining Capacity

Capacity for fully machining of all iems from capacity – 6″ dia to 60 ” size.
Total of 40 Lathe machines.
10 Drilling Units – capacity upto 2″ dia.
2 Boring machine – capacity upto 20″ dia.
5 Shaping machine – capacity upto 3′ long.
10 Automatic Hydraulic pressure testing machine capacity – 48″ dia.
FBE (Fusion Branded Expoxy) Paint booth capacity – 40″ dia.

Induction Plant

In our quest for excellence in material quality and variable we are in an advanced stage of putting up an additional new & high capacity INDUCTION MELTING FURNACE – DUAL TRACK – SYNCHRONISED -2 TON CAPACITY x 2 FURNACE = 4TONS thereby adding 4 ton per hour melting capacity to our already existing capacity of 5 ton per hour, thereby almost doubly our existing capacity.
